Goal
Create motions and transitions with simple shapes and colors. Of course, as a 3rd year graphic designer at the time this was created, keep design principles in mind.
Solution
1) Choose Sound: I first chose sound, which is called Base hip-hop background by Frankun & FrankumJay, Frankum Jay sounds. It is under the CC Attribution license. You can view and download it here.
2) Draw Out Keyframes: Then drew keyframes, from beginning to end, while thinking of a color scheme. The colors, derived from a digital mixer, continue the musical, hip-hop theme.3)
3) Animate: After keyframing, the drawings were brought to life in After Effects.
*Sadly, I did not keep records of my keyframes for this project. Lesson learned.
